Fall 2026 Grow Group Facilitator Interest Form

I am submitting my name because I have interest in serving as a Grow Group Facilitator!

What does it mean to be a Fall Grow Group Facilitator?

Time Commitment:
- Attend mandatory In-person Facilitator Training/Dinner (August 27, 2026, 6:00pm)
- Host in-home biweekly meetings, total of five. Day of week/time of day to be determined by you.
- Commitment is term by term (at the end of a term, facilitators may choose to resign or re-up)
- Fall Term: Sept 2026 - Thanksgiving 2026
  - Week of Sept 20th
  - Week of Oct 4th
  - Week of Oct 28
  - Week of Nov 1
  - Week of Nov 15
Facilitator responsibilities:
- Lead meetings (curriculum provided)
- Oversee care concerns of group participants (and pass on to the Congregational Care Team when appropriate)
- Manage all communication with group participants - Utilize Church Center app
- Take attendance at each meeting - Utilize Church Center app
- Open communication with St. Andrew UMC Coordinator of Group Life, Tricia Arthur
- Plan one service/outreach project with your group
